Sunbathing Sloth

After a rainy morning last week, I went to look for a sloth for a guest.  I found one:  a Brown-throated Three-toed Sloth (Bradypus variegatus) close to the cabanas, completely exposed in a small tree, at eye level, sunbathing.  It is a real pleasure to see these peaceful animals enjoying the sun.  She was not in any hurry and gave me the time to run for my camera and get some pictures.
